Rooted in Rhythm: A Circadian Wellness Workshop in Rockland
Join Valerie Robinson for “Rooted in Rhythm: A Circadian Wellness Workshop,” Sunday, June 8, from 2:30 to 4 p.m., at Good Tern’s Hole In The Wall Bagels, 754 Main Street, Rockland. This is a grounding workshop exploring how syncing with the body’s natural circadian rhythm can support deeper sleep, steadier energy, and greater overall well-being. This offering invites an exploration of the rhythms of nature and how they affect the inner cycles that guide digestion, hormone balance, mood, and vitality.
In the workshop, Robinson will explore these topics: the science of circadian rhythm; how to make simple shifts in light, food, and movement to realign with the body’s internal clock; gentle practices to support morning and evening ritual; and ways to support the circadian rhythm through changing seasons.
Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of how to nourish the body and nervous system through rhythm and routine—and how small changes can ripple into big transformation. There is no charge for the workshop, and registration is required: visit goodtern.com/events or call 207-594-8822 for more information and to sign up.
